Rachel Schusterbauer is a creative force with a sharp eye for user-centered design, a deep bench of digital experience, and a knack for turning wild ideas into world-class campaigns.

Over the past 15 years, Rachel has shaped intuitive, accessible digital experiences for one of the world’s biggest automotive brands. As the creative lead for Chevy.com, she directed the vision for more than 100 web pages annually, growing engagement, elevating UX, and boosting Chevy.com’s J.D. Power score by 52 points in just six months.

Her approach blends empathy and rigor. She aligns user needs with business goals, applies insights from testing and research, and leads with strategic clarity. She oversaw the full redesign of Chevy.com, launching in Fall 2024, championed data-informed design processes, and set standards for ADA compliance and UI best practices across the board.

Rachel’s content chops are as bold as her ideas. She’s created a tiny talk show with Funny or Die, convinced Rainn Wilson to dance in raining ham, and helped the Lego Batmobile steal the show online. From emotional storytelling to platform-native magic, she knows how to bring a brand to life.
