The Client & Their Challenge

Justin was ready to hang up his whiteboard and pick up the drill. His vision was clear: start a business that not only fixed things but helped people learn how to fix things themselves. He needed a name, a brand, and a website that could turn that mission into a legit business and position him as a skilled, trustworthy pro in a market full of quick-fix contractors.

The Strategy

We started the way Justin starts his service calls, by listening. We talked through what made his approach different and where he wanted the business to go. The brand we landed on “Home Coach Contracting” did double duty. It spoke to his background as a teacher and his belief in empowering homeowners, while still sounding reliable and trade-ready. From there, we shaped the voice, identity, and visual system to feel approachable but professional. Think: the kind of guy you trust to fix your faucet and explain how to do it yourself.

We created a full identity system with a clean, confident logo, friendly color palette, and no-nonsense tone of voice. We built a mobile-first, SEO-ready Webflow site using the client-first framework, making it easy for Justin to update as he grows. We designed branded business cards and work shirts so he could show up looking buttoned up from day one.

The Results

The brand and site started working immediately, Justin began getting steady inquiries through the website within days of launch. Clients responded to the clarity, the personality, and the promise behind the name. It didn’t just make him look legit. It made him bookable.
