The Client & Their Challenge
VytlOne was born from the merger of Maxor and Proxsys Rx. A new name, a new brand, and a very real deadline: a major shareholder meeting in five weeks. The CEO made it clear; the entire site needed to be live, aligned with the new brand, and fully reflective of the company’s full offerings. That meant merging two complex websites, rewriting 60+ pages, and positioning VytlOne in a saturated market, all while the client was still finalizing their own strategic messaging. No pressure.
The Strategy
We started with a full audit of both legacy sites, mapping out what stayed, what merged, and what needed to be built from scratch. From there, we built a new site architecture, rethinking how services were grouped, named, and navigated. The goal was clarity and flexibility, with a design system that could handle dense healthcare content while aiming for AAA accessibility standards.
The Work
We wrote every word. From homepage headlines to service line deep-dives to segmented audience landing pages, we designed new brand-forward templates and replaced 60+ images with a modern, unified visual library. While wireframing, writing, and strategizing, we moved in parallel on full-page design, collaborating closely with the VytlOne team to reflect a brand still taking shape.
